U.S. Universities are known for their high rankings, world-class professors, cutting-edge facilities, and exceptional academic and real-life learning opportunities. Studying in the USA also means fully immersing yourself in the culture of one of the most developed countries in the world. American education is recognized as one of the most prestigious globally.
There are approximately 4,000 public and private universities in the United States, including institutions that offer a wide range of programs, faculties, and specializations. We provide access to the
most relevant and highly ranked U.S. universities, which are widely popular among students.
It is important to note that there are two types of colleges in the USA:
two-year and
four-year colleges.
Two-year colleges offer an
Associate’s Degree, which is an
entry-level higher education qualification. This option is ideal for those who want to start working immediately.
Four-year colleges are equivalent to Universities, and upon graduation, students earn a
Bachelor’s Degree.
U.S. higher education consists of
two main levels:
First level: Graduate Degree – includes undergraduate programs leading to the following degrees:
Associate’s Degree - 2 years and
Bachelor’s Degree - 3-4 years.Associate’s Degree is a highly beneficial program for international students and those who did not achieve the required SAT scores for direct university admission. It provides an opportunity to earn a Bachelor’s Degree by transferring directly into the third year of a U.S. university.
Second level: Postgraduate Degree – includes postgraduate programs that allow students to obtain a
Master’s Degree or a
Doctor’s Degree (PhD).A master’s program in the USA lasts 1-2 years. Upon completion, just like with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate’s Degree, international students are eligible for employment in the country.
The most popular master’s degree is the
MBA (Master of Business Administration) – a highly regarded qualification in business and management.
Of course, for international students, the admission process to the above-mentioned U.S. University programs can be quite challenging. In addition to a high school diploma and an English proficiency test (TOEFL/IELTS), applicants must also provide
SAT Reasoning Test scores—a standardized academic assessment taken after completing 12 years of schooling—and, if required, GMAT scores.
Additionally, students must submit a grade translation that converts their academic records into the U.S. credit system.
